Tracey Baker
Tracey Baker is a Certified Family Mediator serving clients throughout the United States and abroad to facilitate conflict resolution among family businesses and copreneurs. Ms. Baker provides mediation services in dissolution actions, custodial disputes, pre-marital and post-marital issues. Mediated settlement agreements facilitate new structure for evolving and changing families.
In addition to being Certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Family Mediator, Ms. Baker also holds a Certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute, an international organization dedicated to family business and family wealth advising.
Ms. Baker is also a practicing attorney, representing clients in the areas of family business and wealth management, contractual matters, family law and civil litigation.
Ms. Baker concentrates her family business and wealth mediation practice on dissolution of marriage within family businesses, succession plans, legacy, family councils, family business advising and governance.
Formerly Ms. Baker was a nutritional and administrative consultant for nursing home and geriatric medical centers.
A member of The Florida Bar, Ms. Baker also is a member of the Family Firm Institute, International Association for Attorneys for Family Held Enterprises, American Bar Association Section on Dispute Resolution, Association for Conflict Resolution and National Institute for Advanced Conflict Resolution.
Ms. Baker is also a contributing writer for the Magazine of the Association for Conflict Resolution.
